M1 Strategy- TFM (Trade ‘Time For Money’)
Your career/job: Your career or job can accumulate great wealth and a happy life if you understand it’s part in the chart. If your job gives you happiness and there is not anything else you would rather be doing, plus, you are incorporating the other smart and complete financial steps, you can accumulate wealth in a self fulfilling way. Service or small business: you might start a small business as a consultant or open up shop. You find your limitations again by having to trade time for money. A small business owner probably works more than an employed person and rarely for more money. The 95% that fail say they at least gave it a shot. The others expand and franchise their system successfully.
M 2 Strategy= use money to make money.
Franchises- different than a small business in that you are definitely going to need serious money to get it started. You still are tied to many risks and headaches with no guarantees at all. However, if you can get several up and running, you can develop passive income. However, this is never a guarantee for life as markets change. Problem is that many investors will pick ‘unworthy’ opportunities to make a buck rather than focusing on ones that benefit society.
Investor- of course you need disposable income for this category because many people risk and lose while they are learning. Here, every investment is different and you must become an expert on it before jumping in, whether it real estate or businesses or others. An investor is not some one who ‘diversifies’ their portfolio, but takes part in different ventures for high returns (Real Estate/ Stocks/ Business Ventures as an example). This step is only risky if you go in uneducated and unaware of all possible ramifications.
M3= Leverage the efforts of others
Big business- this model takes an amazing idea that catches on like wildfire or steady growth for decades. This model is separated for the fact that multiple streams of income have been developed and systems in place to where you can ‘walk away’ from the business and generate residual revenue. Most people don’t have what it takes for this, if you want to find out, you may want to start with.
Partnering, Networks and Systems Model- this latest system passed through congress in 1979 (franchise’s passed in the 1950’s). You see where franchises are today, that’s where this new system is headed. It has only been made possible by the technology age. Someone now can start small and learn ‘big business’ skills to actually build a ‘big business’ with little capital, some contacts and sweat equity. Similar to any business, just many tools are supplied. With any business model, you have to evaluate the; company, product/service, training and support, marketing tools, success track record and your role in the process. Now it’s your time to validate a some very solid business potentials. There are other models out there, these business systems recommend just have it all and are streamlined with the 5 pillars philosophy.
