Family, Level 1- Appreciation

 


WHY

Higher Appreciation and Clarity!  It’s never a bad idea to take a step back, take a few moments and step out of the box and find out what’s important.  Many people say they do this, but by completing this simple step, it will take your mindset to a higher, better, more balanced level.  You see, an unbalanced family member can contribute to an unbalanced family.  A person, family, organization and companies can be unbalanced…it is always more fun to align and balance big groups, but it starts with you first and a system for others to follow.  This is your time to double check your thoughts in the five key areas: mind, body, family, society and finances.  This step is not complete unless you have answered the journal questions we lay out over the next 21 days, five minutes per day!!


HOW?

We are going to follow a suggestion in ‘Lead The Field,’ but add our own twist.  You must develop the art of taking a moment and seeing yourself as the person you are becoming.  To be effective, you must; see, feel, understand, act, think, react and everything about this person, all aspects.  For a while it will be hard to connect perfectly to this person, as you practice…in moments you will get to that place and with more practice you will constantly live it.


Develop everything about the person you are becoming: how do you carry yourself, what is your confidence level, what do you know, who do you know, what does your body look like, how is your health, energy level, what do you talk about, how have you influenced society, what are your character traits, what do people know about you…everything, what are you made of?


Get this image in your mind and then answer the statement we started for you on that days’ journal.  The statement is from ‘Lead The Filed’ starts like this, “I am so happy and grateful now that…”  you can now answer this question with regard to that person you see yourself as in the future.  The twist we throw in is to balance out your reply into the five categories.  Practice crystallizing who you are becoming in each category and then we will put them all together into one statement.


Remember; it is not important at all what your current situation is, nor is it important right now to know how you will get there.  Now, your job is to understand that the image you created simply ‘IS’ who you are becoming, it is a guarantee.  Then, all you have to do is put your mind and efforts towards this new image and release current problems.  If you are in debt, put the best plan in place for that and then focus on prosperity.  If you think ‘I’m fat,’ put a plan in place and focus on being lean and healthy.  If you are ill and on medications…let the doctor do the tests and tell you that news, you focus on finding solutions.  Whatever you can’t control must be released while you focus on the solution, knowing that the best know plan is already in place.
